NEW OPTIONS IN ONLINE BILL PAYMENTS!
WCW&SA has installed an upgrade to the Paymentus third party bill payment system. These new or changed options are now available to our customers:
🔹 You can set up an online payment account – see what your bill looks like; view multiple WCWSA accounts; set up autopay, payment options, and bill notifications; and accumulate a history of your payments.
🔹 The maximum amount per payment has been raised to $3,000.
🔹 The charge for ACH payments has been reduced from $1.95 to $1.00.
🔹 Payments made by credit or debit card will incur a processing fee of $2.95.
CUSTOMER WARNING ABOUT DOXO.COM THIRD-PARTY WEBSITE
There is an online bill pay website called DOXO.COM. It is a third-party website that allows people to pay their utility bills via that website. It may appear that DOXO.COM is affiliated with the Wayne County Water & Sewer Authority.
IT IS NOT.
DOXO.COM may charge customers extra fees. And WCWSA has no control over when we receive payments made through DOXO.COM. Frequently they take two weeks to arrive, and this could result in the late payment fee being added to your account. WCWSA uses Paymentus as its approved third-party payment agent.
** PLEASE NOTE **
As of January 1, 2026, all in-person payments of WCWSA water and sewer bills will be accepted only at the Authority Operations Center, 3377 Daansen Road, Walworth, open Monday through Friday from 8 am to 4:30 pm.

If you are paying your bill online or over the phone, you will need your account number including all the digits before and after the dash and the dot (period). This is printed on your bill. Example: 2-12345.00
PLEASE NOTE:
The Authority charges $40 for any returned payment.
ALL PAYMENTS made by credit or debit card incur a Paymentus fee of $2.95 per transaction.
Online Payments
The Wayne County Water & Sewer Authority uses a third party bill payment service called Paymentus. To make a bill payment through Paymentus online click the button below to be transferred to the secure Paymentus site and pay with a credit or debit card (MasterCard, VISA or Discover) for a fee of $2.95 per transaction, or ACH electronic check for a fee of $1.00. Each transaction is limited to $3,000. If your bill is higher than $3,000, you must make more than one payment. Also, if you have more than one WCWSA account, each payment is a separate transaction.

Pay By Phone
Call Toll Free 1-855-385-4840 24 hours a day, seven days a week and pay through Paymentus with a credit or debit card (MasterCard, VISA or Discover) for a fee of $2.95 for each transaction or ACH electronic check for a fee of $1.00 for each transaction.
Drop Boxes
There is a secure drop box located in the driveway of the Authority Operations Center, 3377 Daansen Road, Walworth. In Lyons, there is a secure drop box back by the pharmacy at Dobbins Drugs, 52 William Street. In Sodus, there is a secure drop box in the parking lot behind the Sodus Municipal Building. In Palmyra, there is a secure drop box on the front of the Village Hall.
In Person
The Authority office at 3377 Daansen Road, Walworth, is open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. We accept credit or debit cards, cash, check ,or money order. Please Note – because we use the Paymentus system to process in-person credit and debit card payments, the $2.95 fee applies to each transaction.
About Paymentus
Paymentus is an independent company providing a payment service to Authority customers. Paymentus charges a convenience fee to use their service. This fee covers payment handling and processing charges.
The Wayne County Water & Sewer Authority does not receive any part of the convenience fee.
All bank card payments, whether on a one-time or monthly recurring basis, are managed by Paymentus for the Authority.
